is the difference between updates und upgrades?
An update is a new version of a software product with new functions and bugfixes.

outdated within a couple of weeks. With the update protection
you have a guarantee that you will have the latest version for
a long time! After the six months are over you can get another
six month update protection at a low price.
Can I continue to use nutrinote after the six month
update protection has expired?
Yes. The software can continue to be used as long as you like.
After the update protection has expired new versions can no longer
be downloaded. Only once you buy another six months of protection,
can you access the latest versions.
Do I have to buy a new update protection immediately
after the 6 months have passed?
No. You can purchase new update protection at anytime.
What are the requirements for updates/upgrades?
nutrinote must be installed in both cases, an update/upgrade itself is not executable
without an installed version. After installation type in the new license key you got
with your purchase. Important: Choose the update protection that corresponds
to the version you own,
otherwise the key won´t work!
Will my data be deleted when installing an update/upgrade?
No. Your data remains in your database and will not be written over!

to download and use this update for free. If you don´t have this protection any more the software asks you

How does the ordering process work?
You can either order online or by fax. The order is placed after
completing three simple steps.
Step 1: Select the appropriate
version for you from the chart below and click on the "buy"

Step 2:
You see your shopping basket and you can also order a backup copy
on CD and/or save the license key online. Enter your address and
how you would like to pay. Click on the button "next."
Step 3:
Your address will be shown again for you to check. Once you click on
"place order," your order will be sent! By the way you can
also give another delivery address, if you want to purchase nutrinote
as a present for someone else.
What does "Backup CD" mean?
You can order a CD, which has the full version. However, the license
key is not on this CD! You can also choose to burn your own CD.
The link to download the full version will be shown after making
the purchase.
What does "Registration Protection Service" mean?
The license key can be deposited with share-it! for a fee and can
be retrieved any time when needed. You can also make note of the
key or save it on an external hard drive or CD.
How is it delivered?
You will get a download link for the full version and a
license key. The link and the key will be displayed on
this website upon completing the order and be sent to you by mail.
If you order an optional CD
it will be delivered a few days later by mail.
