How does the ordering process work?
You can either order online or by fax. The order is placed after completing three simple steps.
Step 1: Select the appropriate version for you from the chart below and click on the "buy" button located to the right of the chart.
Step 2: You will see your shopping basket and you can also order a backup copy on CD and/or save the license key online. Enter your address and how you would like to pay. Click on the button "next."
Step 3: Your address will be shown again for you to check. Once you click on "place order," your order will be sent! By the way you can also give another delivery address, if you want to purchase nutrinote as a present for someone else.

What does "Backup CD" mean?
You can order a CD, which has the full version. However, the license key is not on this CD! You can also choose to burn your own CD. The link to download the full version will be shown after making the purchase.

What does "Registration Protection Service" mean?
The license key can be deposited with share-it! for a fee and can be retrieved any time when needed. You can also make note of the key or save it on an external hard drive or CD.

How is it delivered?
You will get a download link for the full version and a license key. The link and the key will be displayed on this website upon completing the order and be sent to you by mail. If you order an optional CD it will be delivered a few days later by mail.

How long do I have to wait, until I get the license key?
You will receive your license key and the link to download within a few seconds of completing your order. You can then get started immediately!

How can I pay?

I don't live in the USA. Can I still order nutrinote? Do I have to pay in US-Dollar?
nutrinote can be delivered to any country in the world. You can pay in other currencies, e.g. British Pound.

Is a refund possible?
No. An electronically delivered license key is not suitable for a return (in contrast to a physical good like a computer). Therefore, a refund is not possible (according to German law). If you want to test the software and get an idea of the functionality you can use the trial version provided on this website for free without any time limitation. The trial version has two limitations: there are only some sample records instead of all 7,500 food records and 300 activity records and it is not possible to save the data of own foods and activities. Beyond these there are no limitations.

Who is responsible for carrying out the purchase transaction?
